Join a digital experience agency that use customer insights and leverage data to improve customer experience for their clients. They are looking for a Digital Analyst to help increase the capabilities within their analytics team.
Experience Required:
- Google Analytics experience (GA4 + Universal Analytics)
- Expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Ability to setup tracking for GA and 3rd party tools
- Ability to debug and update previously setup containers
- Experience creating and implementing measurement plans
- Work with developers to implement tracking requirements
- Testing and debugging tracking set-ups
- Documentation of implementation process
- Deliver analysis, insights and actionable recommendations to both technically and non-technically-minded clients; understanding briefs and translating these into deliverables
- Ability to work across numerous projects simultaneously
- Experience in CRO: planning and documenting testing cycles; set-up and reporting on A/B tests
- Experience within an agency or managing multiple clients is desirable
