As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's digital marketing initiatives. Your expertise in Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, Adobe Target, and other relevant tools will allow you to analyse and interpret data effectively. By performing in-depth data analysis, you will help identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation in order to enhance the overall performance of our client's digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Utilise your proficiency in A/B testing, business reporting, and data visualisation techniques to provide actionable recommendations for improving digital marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and SEO/SEM teams to develop comprehensive analytics solutions that align with business objectives.
* Generate regular reports and KPI dashboards to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct thorough analysis of customer behaviour, including web traffic, conversion rates, and user journeys, to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
* Stay Up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our client remains at the forefront of digital analytics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in digital analytics.
* Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, Adobe Target, and other analytics tools.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO/SEM techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data and insights.
