As Digital Capability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and updating their online recruitment strategies to enhance inclusivity and customer-centricity. You will lead initiatives to promote Digital Capability within our organisation, ensuring that all recruitment processes align with best practices and promote the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of our current online recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement in inclusivity and customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Digital Capability of the workforce, providing training and support to staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and IT teams, to streamline and improve online recruitment workflows.
