Location: UK, GSK House (2 to 3 days per week office based)

Job Purpose
Great opportunity to join a diverse and innovative team working with cutting edge technology. In this role, you will be the owner of the day-to-day Digital Data analytics operation to answer key questions and challenges from the digital transformation & data-driven-decision-evolution. Coordinating information and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders from Digital and Tech teams within ViiV, to support the ongoing work to enhance customer experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Digital Data analytics workstreams, e.g. digital channels analytics report, web data analytics dashboard, tagging and taxonomy.
Ensure the quality and standardization of data from key Digital Data sources; Automated (Mass) Emails, Events, Webinar, Web traffic data, Tagging.
Support digital dashboards and KPI management. Manage demand intake and maintenance of local dashboards for different markets.
Support ad hoc analytic reports in new platforms added to the data infrastructure. E.g. migration to and report generation from Adobe Analytics
Why You?
Basic Qualifications
Experience in Commercial digital analytics; CRM, email, web, events data
Experience assessing and enhancing customer experience and engagement.
Proficiency with analytic reporting tools e.g. PowerBI
Project & Stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with data analytics and data exploration e.g. Python, SQL
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Tealium (or equivalents)
