Charity People are thrilled to be working with a global humanitarian organization to find them a Digital Engagement Co-Ordinator to work for three months to help their brilliant Communications Team through a particularly busy period. This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week (22.5 hours), and this role can involve going to their London office one day per week, or fully remote.
You will work well in busy, being reactive, and ensuring you are following up and supporting the team as best as you can with website and email content, SEO, communication and all Digital Engagement. You will bring excellent Wordpress and copywriting skills. A huge advantage would be if you have used Engaging Networks.
Key responsibilities:
Send weekly emails that are tailored to the needs of audience and inspire them to take action - whether that's signing a petition, making a donation, or signing up to a challenge event. Work closely with the Public Engagement and Advocacy teams to make sure their emails meet fundraising and brand marketing objectives. Liaise with the Press and PR team to make sure key media moments and TV coverage are included in the email schedule. Manage the email schedule
The pay is £17.94 PAYE plus £2.17 holiday pay per hour. Interviews are next week with the view to start soon after.
