We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketer to join our team. This is a new in-house role, and our newest Digital Marketer will play a crucial role in driving our growth in a creative and engaging way. If you’re an enthusiastic, self-motivated, competent professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong willingness to learn and develop, then you’ll be a great addition to our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of graphics, social media, marketing, digital and public relations experience along with excellent planning, organisational, creative and copywriting skills. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of agreed activities for both on-and-offline activities and campaigns, social and digital content, as well as supporting the team to develop and deliver marketing, PR campaigns and other in-house projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns using both traditional and digital channels.
- Perform general product and content updates on the website
- Liaise with external agencies, as needed, to support the creation of digital campaigns and website updates.
- Continuously produce digital content for all platforms, including photography, video, infographics, etc.
- Establish and execute a process with the sales team to gather and generate company and product case studies.
- Address day-to-day requests for marketing support from the team.
- Address day-to-day requests for marketing support from distributors, liaising with sales teams.
- Manage literature, giveaway, and event collateral with external suppliers.
- Manage social media platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role. (desired)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, its distribution network, and key players would be beneficial.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently and deliver results autonomously.
