SalaryOur established client is looking to recruit a digital marketer to lead the digital strategy through a period of growth and expansion. They have recently expanded into additional offices in Derby, Leicester, and Market Harborough, in addition to our HQ in Nottingham.
They are looking for an experienced digital marketer who can lead on the development and implementation of a new Digital Marketing strategy. You will be a driving force in performance marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC & Paid Ads.
You will be a crucial part of the marketing team and you will be fully supported by our 4 strong marketing and business development team, as well as being equipped with the technology and tools required to help you deliver the digital strategy.
Key Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:
- Working with the Head of Digital Marketing to devise a new Digital Marketing strategy.
- Execution of Digital Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Management of Paid Advertising (PPC & Bing), ownership of a large budget; experience running online advertising campaigns is essential.
- Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to monitor website performance, track traffic, and identify issues.
- On-page SEO: Champion our on-page strategy by ensuring that our website's content, structure, and optimisation are impactful and on-brand.
- Off-page SEO: audit the website architecture and design deliver best practises for URL structure, site maps, navigation, and internal linking, ensure a well-organised, crawlable website.
- Proven experience in driving organic growth and performance; rankings, traffic and conversions.
- A strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting and utilising data to optimise campaigns in line with targets.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our Digital Marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
- Confident, results driven leader with great people management skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £35-40k depending on experience + Bonus
Schedule: Flexible working - Work from home for 2 days per week / 3 Day on-site from Nottingham, Leicester, or Derby
Monday to Friday - 9-5pm
