Digital Marketing Communications Specialist required in Peterborough. This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office and the rest from home on an initial 9 month contract. We are looking for someone with a strong strategic and proactive nature with good communication skills.
You will be supporting our client's Digital Marketing strategy working with global communications team. Your role will involve introducing new channel activity with new MarTech platforms and strengthening current digital activity. You will identify digital communication needs and bring them to the forefront to create engaging content.
Essential requirements:
- Multi-channel experience
- Project Management and execution skills
- Understadning of MarTech platforms
- Understanding of digital data
- University, or equivalent degree in communications, or a related field preferred, or in-depth work experience in Digital Marketing to date.
- 3-5years of relevant work experience
- Ability to analyse data and drive insights
Responsibilities
To execute our global Digital Marketing strategy and provide recommendations for our digital activity based on data-driven insights
- Support in campaigns; planning through to measured tracking of key digital activity throughout sales funnel, including:
- Email marketing - database management and segmentation, campaign execution
- Social media - planning and deriving engaging content and advocacy
- Search/SEO - SEO strategy and performance
- Webinar - deliver webinar channel activity
- Website - user experience and optimization
- Trade/Affiliate - understanding and implementing partner opportunities
- Paid advertising - reviewing opportunities for search and social paid advertising
- Utilising key MarTech platforms, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, Datorama, Moz, Eloqua, social media platforms and Sprout Social, website content management system Drupal.
- Define digital channel best practice and recommendations for channel/activity gaps and continuous improvement
- Supporting in content marketing strategy and providing recommendations for engaging content, optimised for channel type
- Analyse and communicate regular insights to wider marketing team and report on campaign performance
- To support in planning and execution of upcoming projects
- Continually review MarTech platform opportunities and improve usage of existing MarTech platforms
- Stay on the leading edge of emerging digital communication trends and learn how to use them effectively to meet communications goals.
This role is pays £17.60ph - £20.19ph depending on experience and is a 37.5hr week.
