We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing individual who has the passion, flexibility and determination to help drive the profitable growth of our hospital and medical centre.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving performance across a range of digital channels with experience in PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Website Optimisation.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Working with our Digital Marketing agency to drive performance on Google Ads, Meta and other digital platforms
- Managing our multiple social platforms to increase engagement
- Website management, such as editing and creating new pages, including campaign landing pages
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Creating a Content Marketing Plan to drive traffic to the website.
- Analytics and reporting on website performance, ROI and lead generation
- Manage the Digital Marketing spend, monitor and report on a monthly basis on digital performance and return on investment.
Person Specification
- Highly motivated individual with energy and determination to succeed
- Experience of working as member of small internal team and with external agencies
- Flexible and versatile in supporting business needs
- Evidence of developing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate revenue and brand awareness
- Experience with WordPress or a similar CMS
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take decisions
