Zest4Talent is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing adventure and outdoor pursuits company. A competitive salary of c 45k per annum is on offer. The successful candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role will possess the following:
- Previous experience planning a Digital Marketing strategy and campaign to a B2C market ideally within the leisure, outdoor activity, sport or adventure market space
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC ,Google Adwords, paid and unpaid social media
- Social Media diary planning and strategy, Meta essential ( TikTok desirable )
- Marketing Planning, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Some management experience overseeing marketing support and delegating workload as required
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to share and bring new creative ideas and liaise with senior management and internal stakeholders
Reporting directly to the Senior management team your day to day will include the following;
- Collaborating with SMT and Sales team to develop a Digital Marketing strategy
- Preparation of a marketing plan, effectively utilising the Marketing budget to maximise effectiveness and achieve annual targets
- Analysing data to provide marketing metrics and track performance
- Plan and execute Social Media and google campaigns both paid and unpaid
- Managing marketing budget of over 500k per annum
- Analysing previous marketing campaigns to ensure ROI and maximise future campaign effectiveness
