A global B2B insurer based in London is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to design and implement the Digital Marketing strategy. The role covers campaign management and website management. In this role you'll act as the point of contact for all digital enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the Digital Marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage and have accountability for all Digital Marketing channels - social media (organic and paid), email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC and display ads.
- Work with other team members to create high quality written and visual content across all Digital Marketing activities.
- Responsible for the measurement and performance reporting of Digital Marketing activity against objectives, goals, revenue generation and KPIs, providing recommendations on how to maximise ROI.
- Own the development and day-to-day running of websites.
- Identify new trends in Digital Marketing, evaluate new technologies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
- Manage the Digital Marketing Executive and mentor members of the marketing team to ensure the appropriate level of knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- B2B Digital Marketing experience (Digital Media Advertising, SEO, Google Analytics, Data Visualization, etc.)
- Ideally in B2B insurance / B2B financial services or consultancy / software.
- Experience with digital analytics; working with datasets to understand performance and drive optimization strategies and attaining measurable results through projects with ROI/CPA targets.
- Understanding of search industry best-practices with the ability to effectively benchmark keyword portfolios.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms, tools, and technologies (Google Analytics GA4, Google & BING Ads, Meta Business Suite & Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi)
- Strong copywriting skills to effectively communicate brand message
- Experience of SilverStripe and Sitecore would be an advantage
- UK experience is essential; no sponsorship will be given
£70-75,000 + bonus + benefits
