Our client is seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Digital Manager to drive their brand’s online growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Ecommerce trading management experience, preferably with a high-profile DTC luxury fashion brand, and be proficient in Shopify+.
You will oversee digital marketing strategies, manage website content, and ensure seamless Ecommerce operations. A strong understanding of web analytics, PPC, SEO, and social media is essential. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital trading plans and Ecommerce KPIs.
- Conduct performance analysis and oversee key campaigns.
- Coordinate with 3PL for smooth order flow and stock management.
- Optimise website content and ensure timely product launches.
- Lead Email/CRM programs to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of Ecommerce trading management experience.
- Experience with a high-profile DTC luxury fashion brand.
- Proficiency in Shopify+.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, PPC, SEO, and social media.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
