V&C are excited to be working with a fantastic online brand with a large following on social media and a significant online presence whom are looking for a passionate, creative Social Media Manager to join our clients growing social team!
The company has since grown immensely and has caught the eye of many influencers, our client has had fruitful collaborations with notable celebrities and social media as a result, they have become the destination for glamorous goods.
Their products are now exclusively sold through their website. Offering a variety of sparkling and shimmery items including shoes, home decor, car accessories, beauty tools, pet gear, and much more.
You will be responsible for further developing their social strategy, advising the team on content creation and campaigns based on social trends and algorithm and posting content across all social channels.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Take ownership and lead the whole marketing strategy for the brand
- Understanding of various social channel metrics, data and analysis and reporting
- Good understanding of advertising, PPC, budget allocation and reporting on ROI
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and ability to create clear, concise reporting for brand founders
- Good understanding of current Digital Marketing techniques. Ability to plan engaging email campaigns, including copy, graphics and moving image
- Develop and manage internal Marketing calendar
- Experience building content plans
- Must have strong Shopify experience, good understanding of Shopify analytics
- Ability to analyse customer journey and identify relevant UX enhancements
- Working alongside our brand ambassador and graphic designer to deliver exciting and engaging social content across brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Oversee and support the team loading seasonal product catalogues and general website maintenance, product descriptions
- Select web graphics and homepage video in line with brand marketing calendar
- Plan and execute all launch strategies and SALE periods in line with brand marketing calendar
- Be innovative and come up with exciting ideas to drive engagement and sales across all social channels
Key Attributes:-
- Proven Digital Marketing and ecommerce experience within a fashion or retail setting.
- Ability to create on brand graphics, copy and video edits for organic and paid social content use is a bonus not a must
- Highly creative but also analytical
- A strong leader who thrives on the challenge of delivering growth
- Able to actively demonstrate sales achievements and ROI.
- Excellent knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics and Excel.
- Ability to play a true hands-on leadership role
- Understanding of our demographic and brand direction
- Confident knowledge of Digital Marketing channels including; SEO strategy/Implementation, Email/CRM, Affiliates, Paid & Organic Search, driving traffic and conversion.
- Experience with klaviyo email Is preferred
- Driving license would be preferred due to location
