We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a passionate and friendly team within a well-established charity deeply committed to shaping the lives of young people. In this brand new position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategy to increase awareness of the charity and drive recruitment.
Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will oversee the management of a Digital Marketing Executive and take full responsibility for the management of two websites, ensuring an optimal user experience and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies. We are looking for someone that is passionate about Digital Marketing with a keen eye on social and digital trends and tech advancements.
The Job:
- Develop and implement a robust Digital Marketing strategy aligned with our organisational goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital initiatives
- Head up the social media creative output to include the building and maintenance of presence across multiple social media channels
- Lead and manage a Digital Marketing Executive, providing guidance and support
- Day to day management of two websites, focusing on user experience and implementing SEO best practices to drive traffic
- Working with wider marketing team on recruitment campaigns
- Providing support and training to regional offices and volunteers on all things relating to the website
- Reviewing and reporting on key analytics to support the success of the wider marketing tea,
- Writing & creating compelling content in line with this organisations recruitment values
- Taking part in creative campaign work as part of a wider team
- Work closely with internal comms and campaign management teams internally
- Manage & work closely with external agencies on more technical web building projects
You:
- Proven experience in a similar Digital Marketing role within a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in line management, fostering a collaborative and effective team culture
- Technical proficiency in website management, content management systems, and SEO
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful content
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in SEO best practices
- Line management or team-leader experience
