Digital Marketing Manager

The Role:

Contract Term: Full term role with a 6 month probationary period

Location: Initially on site based from our Leicester clinic, with options to hybrid work after this.

Responsibilities: You will work as part of our existing marketing team take roles or ownership of Digital Marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our business objectives.

The candidate will focus on data-driven Digital Marketing strategies to optimise ROAS and achieve business objectives from a business and services level.

We are looking for expertise in web development including wordpress optimisation, SEO optimisation, as well as a robust understanding of the mechanisms of PPC and social medial strategies. Additional skill sets in B2B and outreach would be desirable.

This role plays a pivotal role in driving The Health Suite’s customer acquisition strategy, increasing conversion, and maximising ad spend efficiency.

Your role will involve implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive SEO optimisation and manage content creation.

Responsibilities

• Working on improving UX experience and SEO optimisation of website, in addition to adding content to site (Wordpress based)
• Working with and executing a strong Digital Marketing strategy & execution plan
• Developing and managing prospecting campaigns/content, retargeting campaigns, and search campaigns,
• Manage and implement Digital Marketing trackers
• Coordinate budgets and campaigns across all performance channels to drive strong ROAS and efficient CAC
• Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimisation for key traffic KPIs via paid
• channels Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
• Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform and their attribution, ranking , and algorithm changes, and technologies
• Ad hoc tasks related to Digital Marketing and performance marketing
• Build partnerships with other entities in the health & wellness areas
• Build & create lasting relationships (through strong community management and engagement) organically.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional in Digital Marketing with a strong background in

• WordPress and SEO optimisation.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager. – be prepared to show historical success.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook/Meta Business Manager, Instagram etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

A degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.

We value a minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, Social Media, and Digital Marketing,

Weighting will be given for experience within the private medical healthcare or aesthetics industry.
