JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager - Digital Growth nLOCATION: Leicester nSALARY: £70,000 basic (£90K OTE + £6,000 car allowance) nCONTRACT TYPE: Permanent n nThe COMPANY nOur client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of organisations all over the UK for over 75 years. They are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to head up Digital Growth. n nThe ROLE nThe successful Marketing Manager will be required to do the following: n n* Build the digital marketing strategy with plans on how this will be implemented to ensure the business has an optimised online presence. With a focus on website management, lead generation and supporting channel activity. n* Develop, implement, and measure online and offline marketing plans which maximise business opportunities for the company and drive the company's annual growth goal. n* Management of all campaigns to maximise new business opportunities and client retention for the company. n* Work alongside the development team to maintain the website with a key focus on customer experience and lead generation. n* Work closely with the Group SEO and PPC teams to maximise both paid and organic search opportunities. n* Collaborate with Marketing Automation who will assist with the delivery of digital marketing programmes. n* Oversee both central and local marketing spend to drive better ROI, campaign efficiency and cost management through a cost analysis report. n* Responsible management and implementation of the company social media strategy. n* Work with the Group PR team to push fresh news story ideas and angles. n* Overseeing the co-ordination, design and production of all marketing collateral including newsletters and client literature. n£5,000 bonus per quarter if new business sales targets are reached! n nThe CANDIDATE nOur client is looking for strong Digital Marketing Mangers with the following experience and attributes: n n* 5+ years' experience of managing successful marketing strategies using a wide range of digital and offline channels, delivering ambitious growth targets and controlling costs. n* A proven track record of driving commercial growth through flawless execution of a robust marketing strategy in a fast paced, results-driven environment n* Experience leading a team, with proven ability to motivate and coach. n* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. n* Degree level in marketing, communications, or business is preferred. n* Strong analytical and project management skills. n* Methodical, organised and innovative in your approach n n nALTERNATIVE JOB TITLES: Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Director, Head of Digital Growth, Senior Marketing Executive, SEO Manager, PPC Manager, Social Media Executive, PR Manager, Marketing Consultant, Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager. nINDS1 n nThis role is commutable from: nCoventry nLeicester nHinckley nRugby nLutterworth nBirmingham n n nMana Resourcing is a specialist recruitment company working within the Engineering, Sales, IT and Commercial sectors.
