As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Your varied role will include:

• Crafting and implementing effective Digital Marketing strategies.

• Overseeing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

• Managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and trading activities.

• Hands-on involvement in design and copywriting for digital assets.

• Utilising strong practical experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and E-commerce platforms.

• Leading a talented team to execute marketing initiatives successfully.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing Management,

• Extensive knowledge of marketing, digital and e-commerce

• Demonstrated expertise in B2C customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

• Hands-on experience in design and copywriting for digital assets.

• Strong practical experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and E-commerce platforms.

• Experience with Shopify is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Details:

• Hybrid Role: The position is ideally hybrid, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in the Sheffield office.

• Office Visits: Desirable that the candidate can visit the Sheffield office approximately once or twice a week.
