This role leads and develops Digital Marketing strategies across a range of digital and social platforms to deliver excellent student recruitment marketing campaigns and “business as usual” activity. The work encompasses all phases of the customer journey for all levels of study (undergraduate, postgraduate etc.) and aims to raise awareness of the University and influence the decision making of prospective students and their influencers. Reporting into the Head of Creative and Digital Marketing Services, the role requires a confident leader and experienced digital marketer with a strong understanding of customer journey, digital and social platforms including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. You’ll have substantial experience of developing and executing Digital Marketing and lead generation strategies that align with objectives and brand and be adept at working closely with colleagues across other teams to plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including website, email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display. You’ll be a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging digital content. The post leads a team of Digital Marketing professionals within the Creative and Digital Marketing Services Team and is part of a wider team which includes a range of high performing marketing, recruitment and events professionals and works closely with Faculties and the Corporate Communications team.
