Digital Marketing Professional

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a fully-integrated, award-winning agency on the outskirts of Belfast to recruit a Digital Marketing professional to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will sit within the Content team, and be immersed in all aspects of Digital Marketing including content creation, social advertising, search and analytics. You will be responsible for generating, implementing and supporting creative Digital Marketing strategies that generate excellent results for Clients.

You’ll have excellent copywriting skills and a strong understanding of what makes great content on digital channels. You will need to be passionate about Digital Marketing, social media and be knowledgeable about emerging platforms and trends.

Core Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing Digital Marketing and social media campaigns for a wide range of Clients
• Researching, creating and distributing impactful content on multiple social platforms.
• Analysing performance of Digital Marketing/social content in line with KPI’s and constantly seeking ways to improve campaign performance.
• Creating and monitoring social media adverts on Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Working with the wider team to develop creative Digital Marketing extensions for integrated advertising campaigns.
• Managing Client relationships and budgets for campaigns.
• Managing the design of imagery and video content.
• Writing website content and updating it via content management systems.

Essential Criteria:

• 3rd level qualification in a related subject
• Minimum 18 months’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable track record of running successful paid Digital Marketing/social/search campaigns.
• Experience setting up and managing social media adverts, and subsequent reporting.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Facebook insights, Google Analytics, Swydo.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms.
• Effective written communication and presentation skills with meticulous proof-reading skills.
