SalaryJob Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team who can work in a team and independently. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. You will work with the head of marketing to create engaging content, optimise website performance, and analyse campaign data.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and proofing copy for a range of marketing platforms and materials, including websites, social media, and emails.
- Producing comprehensive post-campaign reports with recommendations for future improvements.
- Assisting with the design, production and distribution of all promotional materials relating to the portfolio.
- Managing day-to-day Digital Marketing operations (e.g., removing filters, changing bid strategies, etc.) across all paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Twitch, and Meta platforms, and reporting on these channels.
- Daily social media management with content creation to ensure paid and organic growth across our key platforms, Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan photo shoots, PR launches, influencers and advertising campaigns to maximise our company’s exposure.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Experience:
- University degree (preferably in marketing or related studies).
- Minimum 2 years working in a hospitality leisure, esports gaming or similar environment.
- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time, prioritising workload seamlessly.
- Show keen attention to detail and a creative approach to new campaigns.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in video games and consumer marketing.
- Adept with numbers – budget management, calculating ROI, setting KPI, etc.
- Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships with customers via marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of best practices across email marketing, social media, paid media, and websites.
