Digital Marketing Specialist

London Capital Homes, a leading letting company in London, is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital platforms and trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

2. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to attract and retain customers.

3. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.

5. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

6. Collaborate with internal teams on photography, graphic design, and content creation, to align marketing efforts and support business objectives.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Person Specification:

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the real estate or property industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful Digital Marketing campaigns.

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing channels and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content creation.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
