Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in Hadleigh, providing a high-end service to the Construction Industry. The Company is in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing and fast-paced team.
The successful candidate will become an integral member of the marketing team, with a key focus on translating offline marketing campaigns into effective digital strategies for web portals and online channels.
The successful Digital Marketing Specialist expectations:
- Ideally hold at minimum a degree in Digital Marketing / Marketing / Communication Management / Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience within Digital Marketing - experience/understanding of SEO, SEA, PPC, data analysis, CX portal management, and E-Commerce.
- Driving license & car is essential.
- Willingness to travel to Belgium for meetings & training on occasion.

Job Specification
Purpose of the role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team & other departments in the company - including working closely with the e-commerce manager, web developers/designers, and DDO (Digital Data Office) teams to implement Digital Marketing roadmaps.
The purpose of this role is to oversee the online marketing of the business; implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention on e-commerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and tools, along with excellent communication & analytical skills.
Duties to include but not limited to…
- Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, & link building activities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms - Google Ads & other social media platforms.
- Monitor Ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimise Ad creatives for maximum ROI.
- Analyse Digital Marketing metrics and generate reports to track performance - Utilising analytics tools to gain insights into customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the company's website and customer experience portal.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and inform marketing strategies.
- Provide training and support to customers on using online tools, CX portal features, and digital platforms.
- Work with counterparts in other countries within the North Europe business unit to share best practices, collaborate on regional campaigns, and drive global digital initiatives.
