Form of workEvolve is working with a forward-thinking Medical Device organisation to recruit for a Digital Marketing Specialist, joining their marketing team in the Continence Care division.
The successful person will drive customer acquisition of our clients’ innovative products through unique and engaging Digital Marketing experiences across their websites, emails, and social media platforms, and is a critical role for driving traffic and conversion opportunities for our clients’ product services.
This is a remote based role on a full-time basis, with travel to head office in Cheshire 4 times per month.
Ideal Requirement for the Digital Marketing Specialist
- Experienced within Digital Marketing, ideally with agency experience.
- Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience leading digital projects with multiple stakeholders from concept to implementation.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and digital products.
- Experience of implementing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta and other digital channels.
- Proficient in website management and maintenance.
- Candidates must be able to travel to head office 4 days per month.
Role Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Specialist
- Develop and execute annual Digital Marketing strategy for the Continence Business Unit.
- Create and run online campaigns to boost web traffic, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Identify conversion tools and opportunities for lead generation and brand presence.
- Lead digital analytics to refine strategies across web, social media, and email marketing.
- Enhance user experience through content management on designated websites.
- Liaise with Global product team for online product messaging optimisation.
- Oversee website launches and manage digital assets on internal platforms.
