Digital Product Marketing Executive
£45k - £48k + bonus 
SW1 - hybrid 
A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, organised candidate to join an established Membership Body in a multi-faceted Digital Product Marketing role.
You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to lead on the development and delivery of current and new Member products and services. This role also involves website maintenance and updates, supporting with events, and working closely with other teams to develop and enhance the CRM system.
The Role:

• Lead on the development and delivery of current and new products and services ensuring relevance to the business market and member’s needs
• Manage the website to ensure the functionality, usage, reach and relevance of the product is maintained
• Support the membership digitalisation programme to deliver an enhanced member journey and experience
• Develop, enhance and deliver member portal, systema and applications – updating the website where necessary
• Support the marketing and promotions of product and services to members and prospective members
• Support the delivery of membership focused events as well as attend external events and meetings where required
• Support the Director of Member Services with other duties such as processing invoices, expenses and meetings administration

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar Product Marketing role
• Strong eye for detail with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Hands on and proactive with the ability to use initiative
• Presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships
