Director of Digital
UPS Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, is expanding in Europe and is seeking a highly qualified candidate to be the Director of Digitalfor the Europe Region, based out of the UK, to help us grow our digital insurance program. The Director is responsible for the Sales and Marketing departments and reports directly to the Europe Region Managing Director.

The Director of Digital will be responsible for leading the sales, marketing, and digital growth teams in the Europe Region. He/She/They will lead and execute innovative digital insurance solutions for our customers. The Director will also have the responsibility of formulating GTM strategies to meet sales plans, and develop best in class industry knowledge and practices within his/her/them department.
The Director of Digital collaborates with outside vendors and various internal department teams to formulate strategies for enabling digital insurance solutions. He/She/They will lead a diverse team, engage with top customers to identify needs (e.g., determine technology capabilities, reduces supply chain risk, etc.), manage and execute a business plan, foster industry relationships, monitor quality performance reports, and create a positive vibe within the department supporting our strategy to be The Employer of Choice.

Responsibilities and Duties
- This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial role that will lead a diverse team through the understanding and selling of a risk solution portfolio through the lens of embedded insurance technology and value propositions.
- Enthusiastic leader who will be responsible for developing a culture of technology lead insurance solutions.
- Innovate solutions to serve our customer’s needs.
- Deep understanding of Sales and marketing, including the go-to-market motion, how sales models/sales procedures work successfully in the field and project management methods.
- Ability to create a comprehensive Digital Marketing plan incorporating Research, Public Relations, Social Media, Digital Advertising, SEO and Demand Generation.
- Participates in the development of customer account strategies to determine an optimal approach to win and maintain business, increase profitability, and maintain market position. Coordinates cross-functional timelines and service needs to gather market, pricing, and industry information to structure pricing plan within deadlines.
- Happy to hold others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals and maintain consistent practices across the region while keeping a positive vibe.
