Description
- Oversee financial and operational strategy and planning.
- Implement efficient procedures and processes within the Finance & Accounting department.
- Ensure that financial and operational systems are compliant
- Provide strategic leadership for financial growth and sustainability.
- Maintain a high level of financial reporting and transparency.
- Leading the Finance, HR, IT and Facilities teams
- Collaborate with senior management to develop effective strategies.
- Manage organisational risk and ensure robust financial controls.
Profile
A successful Director of Finance and Operations should have:
- An Accounting Qualification
- Worked within the Education Sector previously
- Worked in a Finance role previously and have been involved in Operations such as HR, IT, Facilities management
- Excellent financial and business acumen.
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
