SalaryLGBT Foundation is looking for an experienced Director of Finance & IT to take responsibility for ensuring effective and transparent financial governance of the organisation and maintaining the financial viability of the charity.
The Finance function within LGBT Foundation is critical to the ongoing success and day-to-day operation of all our services and projects. The Director of Finance & IT will ensure our finance and IT functions run smoothly and effectively, whilst also providing long-term financial planning and strategic leadership on all matters relating to finance and IT.
This role will involve collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our finance and IT functions are effectively managed, and will:
- Provide strategic financial and risk management expertise to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team (SMT), Board of Trustees, and Sub-Committees.
- Lead on financial management and the annual budget-setting process for the organisation.
- Lead on the development and provision of financial information across the organisation.
- Provide strategic leadership on ICT ensuring appropriate systems and technologies are maintained and developed in support of the organisations ambitions, including managing the day-to-day relationship with our outsourced ICT support provider.
