Salary- Director, Commercial Finance UK

- Up to £80,000, depending on experience

As the Director, Commercial Finance, you will be a key member of the senior finance team, working closely with the VP Commercial Finance. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the UK Education Finance function, providing crucial commercial support, and managing a team of Assistant Management Accountants.
You will play a key role in various Joint-Venture Boards, being a vital member of the UK Finance Senior Management Team, coordinating and providing guidance to Assistant Management Accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
You will work with local finance teams to produce and maintain a 3–5-year business plan models for your assignedJoint-Venture Education Centres. You will conduct financial modelling, deep dive analysis, and prepare presentations, addressing queries from stakeholders.
- Manage financials for a UK Education Centres, including budget preparation, quarterly forecasts, and monthly actuals. Prepare and participate in presentations.
- Drive month-end processes to provide accurate management information stakeholders, and partners.
- Enhance financial awareness, contribute to strategic decision-making and risk/performance management. Partner with business teams to ensure Finance is integral to decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the company’s long-term strategic plan by providing insight and analysis on the success of past and current initiatives.
- Drive improvements in the quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes.
- Assist with the annual review of prices and T&C’s.
