The role
Our commercial function at St Andrew’s Healthcare provides opportunities for sustainable and achievable growth of the Charity. We are going through an exciting transformation phase of developing new products and services to enable long term growth of a portfolio of inpatient, community services and out of hospital services.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness, enhance brand reputation, and drive income for the Charity through multiple different channels including clinical services both public (B2B and B2C), Education, Training and Research, Fundraising and Sponsorship, as well as Retail and Trading. As a key member of our commercial senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to transform lives by providing exceptional mental healthcare services and develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and differentiation in the mental healthcare sector.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing function ideally from within the Health, Social Care or Life Sciences sectors. You will be a highly visible and experienced leader, who is able to cultivate strong relationships in a large Charity and independent hospital provider and build our marketing and brand to be the very best within the sector.
You will bring proven experience of developing and implementing successful multi-channel marketing strategies and leading significant campaign ideation and execution. You will also bring a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. You will have excellent all round communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
