I'm currently supporting a leading hospitality group, over in KSA, with their search for a Director of Marketing & PR.

The group are at the forefront of delivering some of the most ambitious projects across the Kingdom, and they are now looking for an experienced Director of Marketing & PR to oversee all Marcomm operations for this Ultra Luxury Resort.

In short, we're looking for a Marketing & PR Director who will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities both external and internal affairs.
This position oversees the development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the areas of Marketing, communications and public relations.
The Director directs the efforts of the marketing, communications, and public relations staff and coordinates at both strategic and tactical levels with other functions of the organization.

Ideally we're looking for those who have a strong background successfully heading up Marketing & PR operations within remote locations, and prior GCC experience is a must too.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years work experience in the field of Marketing with global brands, travel industry or luxury brands.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of Marketing, communications and public relations activities.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
• Experience developing and managing budgets, hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.
• Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
• Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
• Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
