You will be a responsible individual, used to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to react quickly. Duties as a Dispatch Co-ordinator: Handling queries on all levels Being responsible for the efficient shipping of orders Taking and inputting customer orders Resolving issues and handling complaints Building and maintaining strong relationship with company partners Liaising with internal and external parties Planning and tracking orders straight through to completion Maintaining detailed records and updating systems General ad-hoc duties relevant to the postSkills: Previous transport/dispatch experience would be beneficial but not essential Able to demonstrate excellent customer service Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships Pro-active and adaptable A positive and professional attitude Good geographical knowledge The ability to work as part of a teamTo be successful as a Dispatch Co-ordinator you will have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to meet deadlines.
