We are currently recruiting for our client who is looking for a well-rounded Administrator, experienced with compiling and reviewing important documentation, to join their successful and global Logistics organisation.
Duties
- Process and manage Export documentation
- Submitting export and customs data to the relevant parties
- Checking draft documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Liaising with overseas agents regarding export schedules and documentation status
- Invoicing exports
- Performing final checks for compliance
- Checking of letter of credit applications and customer contracts
- Support the Sales Admin Team
- Effective Communication with the export team
Experience and Skills required:
- Knowledge or experience in letters of credit and export documentation - preferred
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Numeracy
- Ability to prioritise
- Innovative use of Systems to improve/ease administrative load
- Strong written and oral communication skills
