Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
(Maternity cover 1 year)
Based: Reading Kyocera offer a hybrid working environment 3 days in Reading 2 days WFH)

Reports to: Head of Indirect Sales Nicola Yates
Main Goal
To provide central point of contact for KDUK Sales functions across the Kyocera UK Group. Responsible for Management of International sales requests into and out of the business, working with Customer Support and pre sales division.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Management of International sales enquiries both inbound and outbound
- Will be single point of access for Bizagi system.
- Placing PO’s for International orders working with CST and Kyocera’s Global dealer network
- Providing pricing and availability information to partners
- Monitoring backorders managing customer expectations in relation to availability.
- Supporting KDUK Sales teams with Ringi administration tasks
- Timely completion and submission of CCS / framework monthly claims working with respective contacts.
- Management of new partner registrations via Connected.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- This is a varied role that requires: Attention to detail, analysis of information, reporting skills, proficiency, deadline-oriented and time management. Some understanding of Print would be ideal but not essential.
