Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator

- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
My client is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Support Administrator to join their growing business. If you have a passion for providing exceptional Customer Service and you are a highly organised Administrator, I would love to hear from you!
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a shared Customer Service inbox, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Receive sales orders from the sales team and follow up with customers to obtain finer details and ensure a personalised service.
- Provide excellent Customer Service via phone and email, building strong relationships with customers.
- Process orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Contribute to the team by being proactive and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Service administration and/or Sales Support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player who can follow instructions accurately and take initiative when needed.
- Experience in sales admin or exports is a bonus but not essential.
- Must be comfortable with dogs in the office environment.
