We are looking for a Part Time Sales Support Executive to join our award winning client in Maidenhead. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30 -2.30pm, there is flexibility on these. In this role you will reach out to existing customers and make appointments for advisors. There is no cold calling, you will be reaching out to those who have enquired or already existing customers. A background in sales, customers service would suit this role as a strong telephone manner is required.
The role is office based, working within a friendly, well established team. There is opportunity to progress should you be looking for this in future. Starting salary circa £15, depending on experience.
Main Duties
- Following up on enquires with a view to making appointments for the Advisers
- Calling existing clients with a view to making appointments for the Advisers
- Liaising with our Introducer Firms
- Other adhoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Confident telephone manner with customers and partners
- Able to work well independently and manage work load
- Well organised
- Able to spot opportunities to introduce other services to customers
