Sales Administrator
Location – Tilehurst
My client, based in West Reading, are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their growing Team. In this new role you will have the chance to make a progress. The company is growing quickly so it’s a great time to join!
Duties include:
• This role will be proactively developing existing customer relationships and generate new B2B opportunities for the sales team.
• Being responsible for the quality and accuracy of the data in the CRM
• Identifying and building strong relationships with new leads and existing customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Relaying information accurately and concisely to the appropriate team member as required
Essential criteria:
• Previous experience using a CRM system
• Previous sales experience is desirable
• Experience of working proactively in a team
• Computer literate in Microsoft
• Good verbal and written communication skills
