Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
My client who are based in Winnersh are seeking a Sales Support Executive or Sales Administrator. You will have the ability to work in a busy environment and you will have excellent attention to detail. This role focuses on creating accurate quotes. You must have a can do attitude and can manage your own workload, You must have confident communication skills where you can build relationships with customer and suppliers and chase quotes.
You will enjoy working in a team and a fast paced environment!
Daily Duties
Produce clear and accurate further works quotes, by gathering information from various sources including job reports, engineers and suppliers
Effective and efficient handling of new sales enquiries, managing from inception to mobilisation. Gathering all relevant information to produce a compelling quote or service contract, tailoring to clients' needs, whilst protecting margins
Seamless mobilisation of won quotes or contracts to Operations and Engineering teams
Follow up quotes to maximise conversion
Nurture and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Explore and propose new supplier and subcontractor relationships, where gaps are identified
Support the growth aspirations of the business by actively suggesting new sales opportunities and revenue streams
Work closely with Customer Services and Sales Operations to deliver an exceptional level of service
Provide general support to the sales managers
