As a Document Admin, your primary responsibility will be organizing and maintaining company documents in an efficient and accessible manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that information is readily available to team members, contributing to overall organizational efficiency
Responsibilities:
- File Organisation-Create and maintain an effective filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Organize documents according to established guidelines, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
- Data Entry-Accurately input information into the designated databases or filing systems.
Regularly update and review existing records to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Confidentiality-Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and follow company privacy policies.
- Collaboration-Coordinate with various departments to collect and file relevant documents.
Assist team members in locating and retrieving necessary documents.
- Quality Control-Conduct regular audits of the filing system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Address any discrepancies or missing information promptly.
