Document Controller

Our client, a leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor are seeking a talented Document Controller to join their team.

Job Description: As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling the flow of documents within the organization, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update document control procedures.
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy documentation systems.
• Review and approve documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate document submissions and retrievals with project teams.
• Assist in the implementation of document management software.
• Provide training and support on document control processes.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Document Controller in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
