SalaryPosition: Freelance Document Controller
Role Overview: We are looking to recruit an on site Document Controller in the construction industry. The role will be based in Birmingham until around November. The hours are flexible and you will receive training to get you up to speed with the contractors systems. The role starts ASAP. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of project documentation, supporting the smooth operation of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain project documents using the contractors online filing systems
- Implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with project team to facilitate the distribution and retrieval of documents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using IT.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
