Our client a South West Cladding Contractor currently seek an experienced Document Controller to join their commercial team to administer Cladding projects in Bristol and South Wales.
The Role
As a Document Controller, you will join the Document Control team and be responsible for ensuring that only approved, current documents are used throughout their organisation.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support and maintain the control of documents and records, identifying and implementing improvements to the process as required
- Promote Good Documentation Practice to members of staff
- Coordination and maintenance of QMS System software and applications
- Provide advice and guidance for areas under responsibility across the business
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) as required for external audits
Ideal Candidate
- Working experience in a Quality Assurance/Regulatory affairs role is preferred
- Previous experience in a highly regulated environment is highly desirable
- Document Record and Change Management experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Excellent PC skills to include Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook
This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of £28, 000 - £35, 000 + Package.
