Document Controller – West Midlands – Permanent

Currently partnered with a key client of ours who are looking for a Document Controller to play a pivotal role in our project success.

As a Document Controller, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement document control procedures to track revisions, approvals, and distribution of project documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission and review of documents.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by providing accurate document data and information.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate document exchange and approvals.
• Provide training and support to project team members on document control processes and systems.
