We are looking to recruit a Document Controller/Administrator to work on a full time basis covering maternity leave, the role will start mid March and will be for around 10 months, based in Whitehaven.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing documents and ensuring smooth administrative operations? We're looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Document Controller/Administrator!

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organised and easily accessible document repositories.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely document retrieval and distribution.

Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Competent with software systems relevant to document control and administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.15pm, Fri 8am - 12.30

Pay: 14.35 - 15.38
