Document Controller/Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Document Controller/Administrator to work on a full time basis covering maternity leave, the role will start mid March and will be for around 10 months, based in Whitehaven.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised and easily accessible document repositories.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely document retrieval and distribution.
Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Competent with software systems relevant to document control and administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.15pm, Fri 8am - 12.30
Pay: £14.35 - £15.38
