Our client are a well-established residential developer and contractor delivering predominantly new build housing and extra care schemes across the North West.
About the role:
They are recruiting for a Document Controller to join their team on a 6 to 12 month contract. Experience in drawing management & O&M Manuals is essential.
As a Document Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Manage and maintain all documents, both physical and electronic, in a systematic and organized manner
* Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored for easy retrieval
* Create and maintain a document control system to track the status of documents, including revisions and approvals
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather and compile necessary documentation for projects or audits
* Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
* Distribute documents to appropriate personnel and ensure timely delivery
* Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and policies
