Document Controller Requirements:
- Strong background in Document Control with experience in Electronic Document Management Systems for construction projects.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volumes and a variety of documents.
- Highly organised and process-oriented.
- Customer-focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Skilful in prioritising workloads, working under pressure, and meeting specified deadlines.
- Self-motivated, self-auditing, and committed to high-quality standards.
- Experience with Subcontractor Approval Processes is a must.
Administrator Requirements:
- Customer-focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in IT skills, including Word and Excel.
- Highly organised and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Skilful in prioritising workloads.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
