Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized records, documents, and files. Assist in the creation and distribution of reports as required.

Scheduling and Coordination: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for site personnel. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and clients. Ensure compliance with site security protocols.

Supply Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies. Liaise with vendors for procurement when necessary.
