Document Controller to join a full-time role, with 2.5 days allocated to each project. Based at the vibrant MAN Airport, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining order and efficiency within our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage project documentation using systems such as CEMAR, ACCONEX, etc.
- Ensure accurate version control and distribution of documents.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate seamless document flow.
- Implement and uphold document control procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Familiarity with document management systems like CEMAR, ACCONEX, or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, with potential for remote work alongside on-site duties at MAN Airport.
