My client is a highly successful principle contractor within the construction industry, with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality developments, seeking a Document Controller to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage document creation, revision, distribution, and archiving.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper labeling of documents.
- Implement and maintain document control systems.
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and change requests.
- Facilitate document retrieval and distribution.
- Enforce document control procedures and standards.
- Conduct audits and identify improvements.
- Provide training and support.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Assist in report preparation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Operate within the O and M manual.
- Look over the staff matrix.
Experience using Aconex (or a similar system) is neccessary, and you will have ideally worked for a main contractor before. This role is site based, with the company operating in zone 1 & 2.
