Document Controller

My client is a highly successful principle contractor within the construction industry, with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality developments, seeking a Document Controller to join their team. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Manage document creation, revision, distribution, and archiving.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper labeling of documents.
• Implement and maintain document control systems.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and change requests.
• Facilitate document retrieval and distribution.
• Enforce document control procedures and standards.
• Conduct audits and identify improvements.
• Provide training and support.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Assist in report preparation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Operate within the O and M manual.
• Look over the staff matrix.

Experience using Aconex (or a similar system) is neccessary, and you will have ideally worked for a main contractor before. This role is site based, with the company operating in zone 1 & 2.
