Job Description:

• We are looking out for Rule Writers who has good hands experience on Regulatory rule coding in CRIMS.

Essential Skills:

• Portfolio compliance, UCITS, Regulatory Rules, IMA Rules, Financial Services and banking industries, Charles River(CRIMS),SQL
• 10+years’ experience in the financial services industry. Preferably with team handling experience.
• Hands on experience in portfolio compliance
• Knowledge on UCITS, Regulatory and IMA rules
• Work with Charles River on Rule Conversion Analyze and write rules in CRD-CRIMS
• Edit/Modify rule attributes where necessary.
• Manual rule expression/syntax authoring
• Create account templates and account group structures.
• Assign accounts, templates and groups to rules.
• Create lists and management in CRIMS
• User Privileges and web admin in CRIMS
• Setup alert and warning tolerances for non-STP rules
• Prepare and deliver the following artifacts: Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Process Flows, Use Cases, Test cases.
• Advanced SQL with understanding of relational data structure
• Must have experience in writing Compliance rules in any of the OMS systems.
• Should be able to communicate effectively with stake holders on the progress of the project.
• Must be instrumental in achieving team goals.
• Good to have knowledge on MIG21 application
• Good to have experience in Data/Rule Migration Project
• Collaborate with the global teams to deliver Client Reporting projects in a timely manner
• Ability to solve problems, develop alternative approaches to problems, and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work, contribute, and communicate effectively within immediate team, business personnel and remote team and must be instrumental in achieving team goals.
• Documentation and maintenance of project artefacts in a centralized location which could be used as a knowledge repository for the team
• Preferable Tools: CRIMS - Charles River Investment Management Solution, MIG21, SQL

Essential Qualification:

• Understanding of the Financial Services and banking industries preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS Computer Science / Business / MIS) preferred
